Openshift AI Lab error for pipeline run

The lab is "Automate ML pipelines with OpenShift AI"  https://developers.redhat.com/learning/learn:openshift-ai:automate-ml-pipeline-openshift-ai/resource... 

When I run any of the jobs in teh pipeline I get error message "Failed to initialize `kfp.Client()` against: 'https://ds-pipeline-dspa-XXX%MyEnvironmen%XXX.openshiftapps.com/pipeline' - Check Kubeflow Pipelines runtime configuration: 'odh_dsp'"

Have I missed a step in the lab about creating this ds-pipeline as I only created the mimio bucket for the pipeline. Maybe it was done in an "earlier" lab that I skipped? 

I check the Minio bucket and some folders have appeared but I am not getting the individual files, so its not complete like the example screenshot.

Could the pipeline error be happening because the ds-pipeline namespace or Kubeflow Pipelines runtime wasn’t created in an earlier lab step, and if so, how can we properly initialize it before running the jobs?
