I am experiencing an urgent issue with my lab environment for the course “Developing and Deploying AI/ML Applications on Red Hat OpenShift AI.” The lab has been stuck on the “Loading” screen since last week and does not progress.
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:
Cleared browser cache and cookies
Tried multiple browsers (Chrome and Firefox)
Switched networks and devices
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue, or could someone from support please assist urgently? I have exams coming up soon, so I would really appreciate your quick help.
@maneno-robert2 Are you able to see a delete button over there ? If yes then please try to delete and recreate it. If not, then I request you to please raise a support case so that it can be resolved from the backend.

lab start -t AI266 pipelines-kfp it says that an expected error occured when running 'pull' at student/AI266-apps it could not find remote of RHOAI2.13. I noticed also when i was doing the lab on git collaboration the brach RHOAI2.13 was not there yet in the guided exercise they mentioned it. What could be the issue. I have attached the exact error for your reference
@maneno-robert2 Yes it has been fixed recently - please recreate your lab and then try again!
@maneno-robert2 the issue has been fixed https://learn.redhat.com/t5/AI267-Developing-and-Deploying/Issue-RHOAI2-13-Branch-Not-Found-in-Repos... . The missing branch is now restored.
