Custom reporting in Satellite 6?

Sure would be nice if I could tell Satellite 6.4 what columns I want to see when I look at "All Hosts" or "Content Hosts".  Failing that, any suggestions on pulling custom reports or just custom lists of hosts with all columns out of Satellite?

I'm thinking maybe I could pull them directly out of Satellite's DB.  Anyone done that?  I believe that data would be in Postgresql.  I'm somewhat familiar with Mariadb - never touched PG.

I’m not familiar with 6.5 yet.  You should be able to leverage the API to create custom reports.
