EX-374 v2.2 review-cr1 lab grade

So i was wondering,, in de comprehensive review 1 i had to do some inventory and ansible navigator configuations. After grading the lab i had a fail on "Checking for webapp availability" wondering why i checked a webserver and it seems both the index.html and index.php are in /var/www/html directory.
Either i missed something or something isnt worked out completely, after i removed on 1 server the index.html i got de required text string: ... and the database is up.

After reviewing the webapp playbook, i saw nothing is done regarding de directory index of httpd or removing the index.html.

So what did i do wrong here?

and when I checked the webservers, only index.php were there :

Thank you for checking, now i am wondering where it went wrong. In any case i hope to be able to run it again today. When i can reproduce this case ill share it here.
