Hello everyone,
Thank you all for the recommendation.
Just to let you know, I am very happy to inform that I took the RHCE test and I passed!
Hello Emanuel, i am planning to take RHCE too, Congrats. Any TIPS for me
Hello @Blaiso
The tip I can provide is to practice all the exercises you have in your book and from the videos too. I believe they are suficient for passing on the exam. I know there is a lot of detail and concepts to master, but it is possible.
Hello learners, I am planinig to retake RHCE, took it and failed and got 17% on how to Run ad-hoc Ansible commands, Please any tip that can help me better prepare? thank you
Hello @Blaiso
I got the same grade and I still don't know what I did wrong.
I'm not sure what went wrong but just make sure your script basics are in place for bash shell scripts.
i get enrolled for "EX294K" and will try to schedule in next week, i am preparing for the exam.
however, can somebody tell , what is means by EX294K ? what should i understand about the Ansible version and RHEL version in exam ? on which i have take test.
Thanks in advance
Rehmat Ali
EX294K means remote (from home) or kiosk (from a testing location). Once you enroll, you should receive an email or see in your exam scheduler when/how your exam is going to be delivered.
Content wise, you should review:
Exam description: https://www.redhat.com/en/services/training/ex294-red-hat-certified-engineer-rhce-exam-red-hat-enter...
Exam objectives: https://www.redhat.com/en/services/training/ex294-red-hat-certified-engineer-rhce-exam-red-hat-enter...
You can base your learning on the table of contents for the related course RH294: https://www.redhat.com/en/services/training/rh294-red-hat-linux-automation-with-ansible?section=Outl... . Also review the relevant product documentation at https://docs.redhat.com and https://docs.ansible.com , if you haven't attended the trainig.
At any rate, it feels that just one week won't be enough to prepare all those materials. My suggestion is to postpone the exam so you are more prepared and have had enough time to review all those topics.
