capsule installation fails

Hi I am taking RH403 Red Hat Satellite 6 Administration, and when I try to install capsule, there is an error. The error starts like:tar -xzf /root/casule.lab.exaple.com-certs.tar returned 2 instead of one of [0] /Stage[main]/Capsule/Certs::Tar_extract[/root/capsule.lab.example.com-certs.tar]/Exec[extract /root/caps....tar]/returns: change from notrun to 0 failed: tar -xzf /root/casule.lab.exaple.com-certs.tar returned 2 instead of one of [0] /Stage[main]/Certs::Katello/Certs::Rhsm_reconfingurescript[/var/www/html/pub/katello-rhsm-consumer]/Contact[/var/www/html/pub/katello-rshm-consumer]Contact_file[/var/www/html/pub/katello-rshm-consumer]:Failed to generate additional resources using 'eval_generate':undefined method 'join' for /etc/pki/katello/certs/katello-default-ca-crt":String Report processesor failed:could not send report to foreman at https://satellite.lab.example.com/api/reports: No such file or directory - /etc/puppet/client_cert.pem any ideas?

Please include below details in the ticket

1) exact chapter and section

2) Command you have tried and the screenshot of the error message

3) Any other details that you think may be necessary to troubleshoot this issue.
