You can answer this question, by comparing the objectives of both exams:
To me, it looks like EX374 is about using Ansible Automation Platform as DevOps engineer, while EX467 is about managing and maintaining the Ansible Automation Platform.
But, I could be wrong.
Hi @Dadaniao1 ,
Thanks for reaching out !
EX467 is Red Hat Certified Specialist in Managing Automation with Ansible Automation Platform exam
EX374 is Red Hat Certified Specialist in Developing Automation with Ansible Automation Platform exam
As the name suggests EX467 is more from a managing automation , it is the replacement of earlier EX447 and it tests your ability to use advanced features of Ansible Automation Platform to use Ansible to manage environments at scale.
whereas EX374 is more about developing automation : tests your ability to create Ansible playbooks to perform common system administration tasks.
Shouldn't you do that in the reverse order? (ie, figure out what you need to learn before enrolling in a exam).
Anyway, here's the recommended knowledge from the Exam description itself:
Red Hat encourages you to consider taking Developing Advanced Automation with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (DO374) to help prepare for the exam.
In addition to that, review the exam objectives you ensure to review all relevant product documentation and practise on the areas you feel weaker: https://www.redhat.com/en/services/training/red-hat-certified-specialist-developing-automation-ansib...
Registered in the sense that I have bought a voucher to register for this exam, I have not scheduled yet. So, wanting some guidance on the learning path.
Anyway, thanks for your answer, I'll check it.
