Unable to access the IDM service in CL210 V13 module
Facing issues in accessing IDM service running in the utility VM which is causing failure in running lab scripts while checking the users in CL210 V13 module.

This is most likely due to the expired admin password in IDM:
ssh root@utility kinit admin
It should prompt you for the password which is RedHat123^ then it will ask you to set a new password. You MUST use RedHat123^ as the password again.
There could be another issue at play too but check that first then come back if you need more help.

After a reboot very immediately I can connect to admin and also changed the root password and after some time ( within 2 mins) it’s throwing same error if I run any ipa command. When I checked the log messages it’s saying “certmonger internal server error”.

Quick and dirty workaround:
Run ipactl start and as soon as it starts pki-tomcatd hit control+c
