RHCE certificate renewal requires RHCSA and RHCE, or one of them（RHCE证书续证需要RHCSA和RHCE两门考试，还是其中一门）

Hello @dadaxu !

Renewal of RHCE requires RHCE exam alone.

If you have an active RHCSA , you will be able to download the RHCE certificate(once you clear / renew it ), otherwise you will have to renew the RHCSA too. 

In simple terms : If your RHCSA is expired - then for RHCE - both the renewal is required ( to get the certificate ) , else only RHCE is required.
