ABK0015: Unable to back up namespace

To troubleshoot this issue: Review the Velero backup job error details and summary in the Jobs window of the PowerProtect Data Manager UI, or review the log files at /logs/external-components/k8s for more detailed information. Use the command kubectl logs {velero pod name} -n {velero namespace}, or an equivalent command, to review the Velero logs.
