I've tried to configure and troubleshoot this on my own by rebooting the cluster at least 4-5 times by now. I see this tends to be recurring.
the error started showing up at exercises 3.3 and 3.4.
Basically the container exercises are not launching.

Same issues have been discussed many time:
Please, login to utility as lab user and run the wait.sh script (located at /home/lab). Then wait until the script finished before starting any lab command. It will take 15-20 minutes to finish, the time that OCP takes to finish to start.
