I have failed the EX288 4.6 version twice. so no more retakes available with current RHEL subscription. When EX288 4.10 becomes available, am i going to able to attend the EX288 4.10 with same subscription or it will be considered a retake as well?

Hi @Mennatallah , As far as I Know , in this case it ( v4.10 ) will be taken as a new fresh exam ( cannot be counted as retake ). Exam with different versions are considered as separate exams.
However, you can open a support case form your ROL home portal or send a mail to training@redhat.com to get more help / update on this.
I wish you all the best for your exams !
