In the final lab, the webhook receiver was not running.
Only after logging on to the utility server, and starting ./web_hook_debugger.py, the alerts were coming through
Found this after seeing the alertmanager log, that it was was complaining it could not forward them to the url:
Post: http://utility....8000: dial tcp connection refused.
To notice: i stopped the lab halfway to continu the day after.
Perhaps the webhook debuggr only starts once.
Perhaps this knowledge helps others.
