When I follow the link to register for the exam, it says "it's true we've lost this page". Is it because exam is retired or something else?

EX280 link is broken at the moment and we are working on to restore it.
EX280 exam is available as of now. Please write to training@redhat.com if you wish to register for the exam.

I'm chasing the same issue. I also have a related question about ex280. Which OCP platform is it based on: OCP 4.10 or 4.12?

Exams are now versionless , refer here : https://learn.redhat.com/t5/General/quot-Version-Less-Exams-quot/td-p/26413
You will have the option to select the available version during scheduling the exam date & time. As far as I know v4.10 & v4.12 both are available as of now.
