Ex280 objective Secure external and internal traffic using TLS certificates

Hello

For this exam objective of "Secure external and internal traffic using TLS certificates" on Do280 version 4.12 page 117 on the Student Guide.   I see what the Guided Excerise is having us perform. The part I am struggling on is on how much YAML do I need to know in order to cover this objective? There is just so much YAML syntax needed in the guided excerises, in the labs, and even in comprehensive reviews. I know they tell us to change the required fields in the designated YAML file, but how do I know I don't need to be able to write that  YAML code?

Can someone give me general advise please regarding how much Yaml syntax will  be needed? I feel like I am going too much in the weeds of trying to write and memorize YAML in order to accomplish the task.

Hi @Richard4 !

Thanks for reaching out !

Remember, the goal is to demonstrate your understanding of the concepts and your ability to apply them in practice. If you can effectively modify the YAML files to meet the given objectives, you are on the right track, even if you don't have every YAML syntax nuance memorized. The official documentation usually provides explanations of the fields and their expected values. You can take help of the provided documentation in exam.
