Failed to start labs

I am trying to prepare the EX280 but labs fails to start or stays in a runing state while the lab time keeps decreasing  in both courses :
DO280 - Red Hat OpenShift Administration II: Operating a Production Kubernetes Cluster
DO180 - Red Hat OpenShift I: Containers & Kubernetes

 

I tried deleting and recreating the lab sevimes

I have the same issu for another course's Lab, doeas anybody know who to contact ?

I opened a support ticket but no new so far

Maybe its related to the ongoing outage reported for OpenShift Cluster Manager at  https://status.redhat.com/

Are you still facing the same ? Have you considered raising a support case ? 

AFAIK , the issue was resolved. Try by recreating a fresh lab and see if it works.
