Interactive Labs: Get started with Red Hat OpenShift for developers ---- Stuck on "Join red hat"

I'm getting started with OpenShift and wanted to use the interactive labs to practice. Everything was good after the first step, but when I'm on the step 'Join Red Hat Developer at no cost' the 'mini brower' breaks. I tried using my work computer (Uses Windows 11 and on Microsoft Edge) and my personal computer (Mac and on Google Chrome) but I still get the same screen, I'm unable to login because there is no input. Does anyone know how to fix this? Its pretty frustrating, I just want to learn. Using Chrome version 140.0.7339.133 and Edge version 140.0.3485.81 (64 bit).

@BN3 This is not our Red Hat Online learning platform - so cannot comment on what is the issue or when this can be fixed. But let me check and see if I can contact the correct team for rectification. Also high chances the issue is not reproducible - but I will check.

Thanks for looking into it. The screenshot that you sent is not the current step I'm struggling with. I can do Step 1 (Working with the Command Line Interface), but its the step labelled 'Join Red Hat Developer at no cost', you can find it by clicking the 'Progress' button. You first have to do Step 1 before you can advance to the'Join Red Hat Developer at no cost' step. I also have an account created. I also enabled the OpenShift Sandbox free trial but thats not fixing the problem either.

I suggest first going to Red Hat Developer page and logging in there. The SSO tokens should transfer over nd just allow you into the system. If you don't have a developer account or developer credentials you can signup then. That way you don't need to do the check as you will already be logged into the site and it will pass the correct token.

Thanks for helping out. I've made the developer account but it still won't work. I've also activated the sandbox free trial and that hasn't helped either.

So I believe you might have missed something that I was attempting to convey ... I'm glad you created the developer account. Once it is created you should be logging into Red Hat Developer site and looking around there (ensuring you are logged into the site).

Once you are logged into the site, then from the same browser winodw and tab, you need to use the URL for the site of the lab you are trying above. You won't have a "Step 1" of Join Red Hat Developer program as you will already be logged in and it will recognize it, so you won't get "stuck" attempting to join. I've done this a couple times to verify. Once you are logged in, the SSO tokens are known to the training lab and there is no need to sign up for an account.
