Issue with etcd during ocp4 baremetal installation

I've got the issue on bootstrap node 

journalctl -b -f -u bootkube.service

Anyone have any idea why this is happening ?

Wait, please., etcd not ready yet. In my latest installation I have waited with same messages about 15 min, installation was success over 24 min.
