OPENTLC access fail Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4 Troubleshooting: Ingress Controller

I don´t access to Red Hat OPENTLC becouse not response

ssh lab-user@bastion.q7st9.dynamic.opentlc.com
ssh: connect to host bastion.q7st9.dynamic.opentlc.com port 22: Connection timed out.

I recivied the user, host and password in the email. I try access to ssh key but don´t access neither

Can´t you help me?
