OpenShift shows errors after fresh installation

Hi Everybody, 

I ama newbie in OpenShift. 

Currently I have freshly installed the OpenShift 4.18.10 platform 

ServerA - control plane, worker
ServerB - control plane, worker
ServerC - control plane, worker
 
After the installation is completed, some errors are still showing in Workloads > Pods

Is it normal? or did I made any mistake during the installation?

Are the actual control plane pods are also failing?

@Still103 This is just not enough to investigate or help troubleshoot the OCP installation. Where are you installing OCP on ? Are you following any documentation ?

Is your OCP cluster API finally ready ? What about oc get nodes ? oc get pods ? oc get clusteroperators.config.openshift.io ?
