Today I passed the EX288 exam with 267/300 score.

can you please describe exam environment? 

like any product documentation available for access like CKA, retake policy etc if you manage to find such info.

You need to ssh to the workstation (rhel8 or rhel9, I dont remember, but there is no difference at all) on which you perform tasks. There is some documentation (online which you can download to your host), but I didnt need it (I didnt even open it, so I dont know exactly how it looks like).
In case you have RH learning subscription you have 5 exams and 2 retakes available. Otherwise there are no retakes.

Be well prepared. Exam is not so hard but the instructions can be very confusing. Practise alot. The best way to prepare is DO288 course.
