Problem with Mic

Hello, I'm facing an issue with redhat remote exam during the check process

My Mic test failed but it's working well outside the environment.

I followed all instructions in the documentation but still have the same issue. Any ideas?

When you boot up the exam environment, you will be taken to an interface where you make a few configurations. You will setup your network, for example.

In this interface do not skip the setup of sound devices. Always visit the sound panel, to make sure both output and input volume and devices are correct.

In my laptop, the input volume is always set too low and the wrong input device is selected.
