Tutorial video can't go full screen

I bought DO188 Self Paced and when I watch a tutorial video from Ricardo Da Costa, the screen can't go full size. It is not because my popups are blocked otherwise I could not even watch the video. I tried chrome and microsoft edge. Does anybody experience the same problem?

@Julian8  I am able to watch it in full screen mode. I dont think it depends upon browser but FYI I am using Firefox.
