Unable to continue EX180 course from section 3, its locked

Hi,

I am unable to continue EX180 course from section 3 , its deactivated, greyed.

Kindly suggest how to proceed and enable the sections.

Do you have a screenshot of the error ? Are you accessing the free trial ? Then a valid  subscription is required.

Hi,

I am using valid RH subscription, which is used to raise RH support ticket.

using company corporate ID and email as approved by RH team.

But I already completed DO120/DO121. 

No Error giving on after section 2 , all chapters are greyed, I cant proceed. 

In subscription details, its showing 6 days left

No, I didnt raise any support ticket, that ID for raising Internal Openshift related support ticket only

So I cant use it for general support ticket raise purpose.

So I need your help in this

What learning subscription are you having currently ? As far as I can see ,you are on a free trial subscription which is available only till chapter 2. You need to have a valid learning subscription to proceed from here.
