Unable to purchase ex288 exam

I am getting errow when trying to purchase exam as below

I am just trying to purchase the exam normally as I will only get reimbursed after i pass the exam and show the receipt.

All the 3 listed option are not suitable for me and for some reason the 4th one is just blank. Any idea how can i purchase the exam?
