Advanced Automation: Red Hat Ansible Best Practices (DO447)

As part of our effort for continuous improvement of our materials, we are issuing a maintenance release of “Advanced Automation: Red Hat Ansible Best Practices” (DO447).  We received feedback from instructors on ways to improve the course, increasing stability and fixing some problems found in the field.

"Advanced Automation: Ansible Best Practices" (DO447) is for experienced Red Hat Ansible Automation users who want to take their Ansible skills to the next level, enabling scalable design and operation of Ansible automation in the enterprise.

Thanks to Herve Quatremain and Steve Bonneville for investigating and implementing the fixes. Additional thanks to Eliezer Campos Laux for project management.

Hello,

What does it mean exactly? Shall we expect maintenance break with loss of access to the courtse? Or does it mean that new course version is already published?

Thanks for clarifying.

This was a very targetted release and is already available. Earlier this week we released a fix to the `lab admin-cert start` script which failed in some instances.

I know exam EX447 has been retired.  Does the content of the DO447 course material serve as preparation of any other Red Hat cert exam?

I'm sure the focus of the course is to prepare an individual for performing in a practical (i.e. real-world environment) more so than gearing up for any exam.  However, it would be nice to catch 2 fish with one worm if the possibility exist.

Thanks in advance.

EX447 did not retire and still available. It is somehow realtively new exam.

EX407 is the one that retired and it is substitue is the new RHCE V8 Exam which is EX294.

All Red Hat certifications exams are hands-on. No MCQ exams in Red Hat.
