4.12 lab capacity not available

"We are not able to start your lab at this time, our lab capacity in your region has reached the maximum number of users. Please try back again later."
 
Kinda makes it hard to allocate time from work for studying if lab capacity is random.

Regret the inconvenience caused to you ! Have you logged a support case yet ? If not , I would recommend you to raise one and ask for help -  they will surely help you with the latest information available to them. It might be a temporary glitch with a region - but I dont have the required info at this time to share with you.
