Stuck at waiting for cluser

Hi, 

Whenever I attempt to do labs for this course, my student workstation is always stuck at "waiting for cluster". I've checked into this course a few times over the past few months hoping for a fix, but it never progresses besides this point. I've left it running for dozens of minutes, and even half an hour at one point. Is it generally this slow? It seems like an inefficient use of precious lab hours.

Once you start your lab , the OCP cluster takes time to get ready ( 10-15 minutes approx ) before it can accept your requests. Please wait for sometime and then proceed with the lab exercise.
