The answer I got from support was that if you do the labs from a free partner enrollment there are no guarantees for lab capacity.
@Marre That is right about free partner enrollment. In that case, please wait for some more time because the free partner enrollment is by design with limited capacity.
Colleagues that create or use the labs 7am usually get in.
