lab course "not tried"

Hello,
I finished the course "Red Hat OpenShift Administration I: Container Management and Kubernetes (DO180) v4.12" and its corresponding "Course and Lab Environment" but the lesson on the page still said "Not Attempted". On the course page, all chapters and labs are marked as done. What topic did I miss? Thanks
