DO188: ch07s05 - Podman networking misrepresentation in guide exercise

https://issues.redhat.com/browse/PTL-15066 is solved. 

But in DO188 v4.14 it still asked to isolate the lab-net network to quotes-provider and quotes-api services, while the shown solution doesn't do it.

Has been corrected only for DO188 v.4.18 ?

@AlessandraS Yes I believe the issue is fixed in the new / latest version.
