Labs don't work

Hello everyone,

 

Labs don't work at all , I tried several of them and deleting and creating my environment two times. There is some issue with the servers I think, this is what happens when i try tab completion

Hello @Presian1 @cdelfly ! Thanks for reporting the issue here. Regret the inconvenience caused , the glitch was resolved sometimes back today - please rebuild your labs and you should be good to proceed with the course.

Same error for me when trying lab install gl006 I've got the following:

I've alos found the following issue on Redhat Jira [PTL-13699] DO316-4.14 All labs or GEs cannot be started - Red Hat Issue Tracker

 

I've tried with version 4.12 of the lab instead of 4.14 and it's working, so workaround would be to use older version of the training if it exist:

After requesting support from the Red Hat team, they helped me resolve it.

Hello everyone,

I was facing this issue using v4.14. 

1- $ rm -f -r <course_directory_name>

& then ... 

2- Restart the VM from : Top Right Corner of the VM > Restart 

# OR delete the lab & recreate it
