In working through the compreview-review lab. I'd like to create a template in the web console, but don't see a way to do it.
If there is a way, how do I feed it the create-bootstrap-project-template into it's yaml? or things like quota, limits, and network policies?

Hi,
AFAIK the only way to create a project template is through the CLI.
If it is not mentioned in the DO280 course, I guess it is not possible.
Even in the OCP 4.14 documentation is not mentioned.
From the webUI, you can edit the project configuration resource but not creating the template from scratch.
In my opininon the best way - and the fastest as well - to do that is through the CLI.
