Facing issues whileaccessing the Lab Enviornment

I am currently facing issues while after launching the lab, the workstation console is not getting connected and facing error. No option to contact support under Labs section. Any help is highly appreciated. Never faced such issues at all from other courses. @Deanna  Highly appreciate your assistance once you read my message

Also all the VM environment seems active not sure whats the problem

I'm experiencing the same issue since two days ago (2024-02-07). It worked fine until then , for DO280, also I never had this issue with any other course.

I've tried restarting the workstation VM, I've tried destroying the lab entirely and recreating it, but nothing has worked so far.
