Issue with VMs in the course

I am working through this training, and any VM I create gets into a starting status, but never starts. I have restarted the lab environment a few times.

I see this warning each time.
VMCannotBeEvicted The VMs eviction strategy is set to LiveMigration but the VM is not migratable

@Gerrard no problem, I can check it for you. Please provide me relevant details like :

 - course code ( DO316 it is )
 - course version
 - chapter number
 - section  number
 - step number in guided exercise or lab - regarding which you have query.   Example - this web3 VM is created under default project ? Which exercise and which step exactly ?

OK, after talking with one of our SME's on OCP virtualization, I see the issue.
When deploying the template, unlike the guy demoing, who said you could add the sshkey when configuring the template by hitting Add New and specifiying the public key (which I did).  For some reason this action doesn't add the key to the Workloads | Secrets (bug?)
Then the server gets into a starting loop.
If I don't specify the sshkey there, the system boots up.
