I tested the script in my lab environment on the Red Hat Learning Subscription platform, and it worked correctly. Therefore, I believe the script is present and functioning as expected under normal circumstances.
However, it seems that your lab environment may have encountered an issue that caused the script to be missing.
To resolve this, I recommend recreating your lab environment and attempting the SnapShot lab again.

DO316 with v4.14 is the most glitchy training course I did in the last couple of years. I have the same issue with few missing labs in the same chapter as the original author mentioned. There was no help even after deleting and recreating the entire lab environment. I hope these issues are sorted out in the latest version of the course v4.16 released this week.
