naming convention for routes in the section 3.3 seems wrong

The naming convention for routes in the section 3.3 is:
<app>-<namespace>.apps.<domain>

But I believe the standard is:

<app>-<namespace>.apps.<cluster_name>.<domain>

I mean, cluster name is missing.
