problem with downloading from vcenter

I'm in the process of installing OpenShift on vSphere Using Full-stack Automationwd (Chapter 3) and I'm facing an issue with the below command

$ vcenter.sddc.vmwaremc.com/downloads/certs/download.zip

the output I see is as follows:

any idea how can I fix that?

Hello @ish 

It seems like you have a dns issue. Your bastion cannot resolve your vcenter fqdn.

Check your dns configuration if it has been done by yourself or you can simply use the IP address of your vcenter server in the URL while downloading the certificate.
