Apparently, the certificate for the ArgoCD Repo deployment needs to be named `tls-ca-bundle.pem`. Other names (I tested with `argocd-trust.pem`) don't work.
This is documented by Red Hat and apparently is necessary for all Operator CA trusts. Since I'm not a fan of knowing things like this by heart, I just copy the mount details from the `console` deployment in the `openshift-console` NS.
