Lab "nodes-review": grading script using TuneD Profile CR short name leading to erroneous FAIL

The grading script for the "nodes-review" lab refers to TuneD profiles via the short name "profile" instead of the fully qualified name "profiles.tuned.openshift.io".

This leads to it erroneously marking the graded item "Verify worker01 node has the kernel-numabal tuned profile" as FAIL, when the "nodes-review" lab is attempted after the "gitops-admin" lab which installs the Compliance operator with the custom resource "profiles.compliance.openshift.io" having the same short name "profile".
