Lots of problems with the lab for this course. I've had to delete and recreate the lab even though it was still active just to get the auth-ldap lab section to load. Then it still would not load and I tried shutting down the workstation vm and starting it - this worked. The lab section auth-ldap worked fine until I ran the finish script - it has been 11 minutes so afar and so far the cluster state has been verified and it is still trying to delete the auth-ldap project

@molozano When you open the course in ROL portal, you will see a book icon in the lower right corner of the UI, click on it and it will take you to the bookshelf website where you can claim the ebook and download it.

is there a way to get assisted on weekends?
I think since this is a paid service the SLA should cover weekends when we the students often do get time to do the labs.
My labs have been stuck on creating starting for hours the whole day today and am told to wait till Monday by the automated systems or raise a support that seems not to have SLA ,,,, really ? Am sure there are some metrics the Redhat Learning team can rely on to mitigate this negative learner experience.

I hope they reimburse my lost hours.

I can't speak for Red Hat official support. But then again, this community is not the place to ask for that or discuss the SLA provided by Red Hat Learning.

If you like, open a new thread here in the DO380 community (this is the welcome thread and is not intended for community support).

Immediate remedy (without knowing what you've exactly tried and which components actually don't start): Delete and re-create your lab again (takes 20-40 minutes)

@StephenTMK

I want to clarify that Red Hat Online Learning provides support during business days (24 hours per day, Monday through Friday i.e  24*5 ), not on weekends.

If you need assistance, I encourage you to submit a support case. Our team will respond according to the service-level agreements and the scope of your subscription.

It’s possible that your labs were affected during the service outage last Saturday, which was restored by Sunday. If you’d like to check whether your progress was impacted or need more updates, raising a support case will allow our backend team to investigate.

Thank you for your patience and understanding
