@Anatolii let's open a new thread in this forum and talk about those issues. This is the welcome thread and has the purpose to provide orientation for new members. It's not the place for actual community support.
When you "deploy", are we talking about the official Red Hat browser lab of this course? It's unusual that the command `lab start backup-restore` should take longer than a few minutes. In the new thread I mentioned, please also describe the process how you set up the lab, as well as the step's you've taken so far to debug and resolve this issue.
UPDATE: Thanks @Chetan_Tiwary_ for the quick response! My suggestion for the new thread can be ignored, if the issue can be resolved directly with a community manager.
