In the lab "policy-deploy", attempting to import the "docker.io/library/busybox:latest" image fails due to Docker Hub rate limits.
The exercise does not depend on Busybox-specific features or behavior so it should be replaced with a generic image such as the mirrored UBI9 image "registry.ocp4.example.com:8443/ubi9/ubi:latest" instead.
