Using 3scale API to administrative tasks

Hi all,

I know that for managing tasks there is the 3scale toolbox CLI available.

My question is: are there API enpoints available in 3scale to perform tasks such as (create product, create backend, etc...)  ? Or the only option is using the toolbox cli?

You can enable verbose mode (--verbose) of the cli toolbox and check the API calls made in the console.
