Can training units and exam vouchers be transferred?

I would like to know if training units/exam vouchers can be transferred from one account to another? Several employees in our company have learning subscriptions that are about to expire, with exams they aren't going to use. Can they transfer those unused exams to another account?

I have the same question, what if i can't proceed to examination due to some reason, and I decide to transfer it to another person for him to take his RHCSA exam. Is it possible to transfer/change the email address for the voucher?
