Cannot boot Red Hat Remote Exam, hanging at 100%

I followed the guide for remote exam preparation, and am trying to boot my remote exam environment for DO288 but it just hangs at 100%. I've tried using different USB keys but I still get the same issue.

277848798_952113778826166_562151277569914448_n.jpeg

I know this has been a common problem in the past where others have resolved the issue by downloading the older version of the ISO https://static.redhat.com/downloads/training-certification/rhrexboot-2020-08.iso, but even the 2020-08 version of the ISO doesn't work for me. I just get a black screen when I try to boot the 2020-08 version.

Has anyone recently encountered the same issue or are there any new fixes? If it's at all relevant, my laptop is an ASUS ROG Strix G15 (2021) G513QE-DB91-CA.

It looks Fedora has some issues with Ryzen and nvidia cards. The computer and its components may be too new for the exam system and it does not include support for it yet.

It is really a shame, PetrCihlar, that Red Hat leaves this mess for the test taker to clean. How in the world that Red Hat is not including support for nivdia cards!!!??? Please invest in updating the test ISO. It SHOULD run on modern computers. What a shame!!!!

I think some common Nvidia drivers are already included. The vast majority of candidates do not experience any issues. Those, who have issues may take the exam in the exam center. Getting or borrowing a cheap older laptop is also not a big problem in my opinion. I also wish the exam system run on any hardware, including the latest one. But it is and never will be technically possible, no matter what operating system you use.

Same here on a Ryzen 5600X system.

I think has something to do with AMD CPUs.
