I cannot run IBM Guardium Key lifecycle management preinstall check scripts on RHEL 9.3

When I run 

./preReqCheck.sh
-bash: ./preReqCheck.sh: /bin/sh^M: bad interpreter: No such file or directory

Bash is installed

# which bash
/usr/bin/bash

Any idea?
