Credly Badge not received

Hi Everyone,

I've passed the EX362 twice and I've not yet received a badge on Credly, nor has the expired badge been renewed. Do I need to take any extra steps in recieving the same Badge a second time?

The dates I've passed the Exams are:

- 1st: 2021-10-22
- 2nd: 2025-03-10
