DO101 0 days remaining error

Hi, I have enrolled with DO101 and got confirmation mail also. But when I logged in into the rol.redhat.com it shows me 0 days remaining. What should I do?

I can see the certificate now,Thanks for your support but the Name in certificate is showing my user name(npnandey136), ideally it should my complete name (Nisha Pandey).
