"lab dockerfile-review grade" fails on verifying httpd even though it is installed and helloworld works.
It even fails when having built the image from the Container file in the "solutions" dir.
I've confirmed from a bash prompt that httpd exists in /usr/sbin in the container

Thanks for the hint.
Seems I had labeled it custom-apache and not do180/custom-apache.
That causes the grading script to think that httpd is not running.

I had a similar issue and I solved carefulling reading again the requirements for the Containerfile, expecially the last one.
Check if this could be your case
